The project was done in collaboration with UBTS Pte Ltd - one of the key logistics contractors for Changi Airport.  The objective of the project was to produce a series of training videos for new service staff who had joined the organization. The training will help newly joined staff better understand service requirements by showcasing basic service etiquette, which also includes personal grooming tips, through videos.
